Yunliang has built a modern manufacturing base in Wanping. With a team of 200 professional craftsmen and a complete range of production equipment, it can independently produce the entire process from components to vehicle customization, covering all types of off-road modification parts.

Yunliang has established a complete manufacturing system covering raw material cutting, precise forming, intelligent welding, surface treatment and final packaging.
With 13 core processes closely linked together, it enables the full-process autonomous and controllable production of off-road modification parts from raw materials to finished products.
From high-precision CNC machining to automated anti-corrosion spraying, from strict structural forming to meticulous hand polishing, each process adheres to the quality control standards of the main manufacturer.

Therefore, we have established a complete verification system that includes on-site off-road tests and laboratory precision inspections, ensuring that every product has passed scientific, systematic and rigorous performance and durability tests before delivery.

    Yunliang has built an in-house professional off-road test facility that replicates full-scenario off-road terrains at a 1:1 scale, including steep slopes, muddy ground, gravel roads and gobi desert terrain.
    All prototype products and mass-production batches are subjected to high-intensity, long-duration field trials,
    to guarantee that the maneuverability, trafficability and structural reliability of products in real off-road conditions fully meet design expectations.
